The recruitment process in our company, both for positions in the production department and in administrative departments of the shipyard, is constantly open. We are developing so dynamically that our published job openings do not always reflect our real needs for new employees. IS THERE A CONTACT WITH HARMFUL AGENTS AT ALL PRODUCTION STATIONS?
Most of the positions offered by the shipyard in the production department include contact with factors harmful to health. Their type and degree vary depending on the position held, e.g. chemicals when working with laminates, noise and mechanical hazards when working in a carpentry shop. DOES THE PRODUCTION WORK IN A SHIFT SYSTEM?
Work in the production department of the shipyard takes place in a one-shift mode during the fixed working hours assigned to a given team: laminates 6: 00-14: 00, the rest of production and the office 7: 00-15: 00, painters 17: 00-1: 00.
